long-term relationships with clients and structuring services in
response to their evolving needs.
- A senior, full-time staff member must
be directly involved and responsible for every consulting
assignment.
- All reports are reviewed by an associate not directly in touch
with the project to ensure quality control and consistency of
approach.
- Sets performance indicators with the client for clearly defined,
measurable targets, for which one can be held accountable.
- We emphasize consulting techniques and processes, which engage
clients in analysis and strategy formulation, thus facilitating
"ownership" and implementation of results.
