Founder of the International Central Gospel Church and of a university, and voted by Ghanaians in 2015 as the most influential person in the country.

Born in August 1959, Mensa Otabil is a Ghanaian theologian, speaker and entrepreneur.

He founded the International Central Gospel Church in Accra and is founder and Chancellor of Central University College. In 2015 Ghanaians voted him the most influential person in Ghana.
