Moses Okeoghene Timothy Owharo, Executive President

Until he was democratically elected the first executive president of the All Nigerian Community, Ghana in an election that was keenly contested by 2 strong and wealthy Igbo supported presidential candidates, which he won by a margin of 65% of the voting delegates in the Ghana electoral commission supervised election.

Before his election into office, he was the Region Executive General Secretary of the All Nigerian Community, in the Volta region of Ghana. He served as Vice Chairman and Chairman of the All Nigerian Community, Ketu District chapter for 4 years. He has also served the community for many years, he was regional delegate member on the 2013 ANC Constitutional review committee set up by the BOT and played significant roles and has been supported the work of the Nigerian high commission in facilitating several visits of more than 3 high commissioners and senior minsters and staff of the Nigerian high commission to the Volta region.

The president hails from the Isoko North Local government of delta stat of Nigerian. Mr. Owharo is the Founder and CEO of Aidez’ Small Projects International, a microfinance organization and the chairman of ABVIG Ghana.  Certified in Microfinance / Credit Management, health educationist (Reproductive Health: Malaria Tuberculosis Prevention & Treatment, Control strategies): Global Health with distinction from Global Health Mini- University, Center for Global Health, the Cloyed Heck Marvin Center, George Washington University, and Harvard Business School,  specialized in  Program Design and Monitoring & Evaluation.

Working in the NGO/ CSO Management and Poverty Reduction for more than a decade, he made tremendous social impact in the lives of the poor and economical assisted thousands of people in Ghana.

He has very good experience in NGO management and coordination and community service, having worked for the civil society sector for more than a decade, and has derives strong international experiences from series of international professional trainings, conferences and networking including Kenya, the USA Ghana and Nigeria. Previously he was the Southern Zone General Secretary of the Association of Financial NGO’s (ASSFIN) a network of the financial NGOs that is recognized by bank of Ghana.
